Apartment overhaul – The project as a whole took around 3 weeks combined man hours.
This apartment had recently been purchased for rental purposes, with this in mind the new owners wanted to create a fresh, clean finish, which would appeal to all. The works firstly consisted of stripping all of the walls of any wallpaper and lining paper, this allowed us to evaluate the condition of the walls to decide whether plastering was required.
All new carpets and hard wood flooring were installed throughout the apartment and a newly screeded floor and lino were installed in the kitchen. All walls and ceilings were decorated and all woodwork glossed.
All electrics were tested and new accessories such as faceplates and lights were installed.
